Bread & Butter Celebrates 32nd Store Anniversary
Bread & Butter was first to serve Pan de Sal and Spanish bread in a small store located on Osmenia Avenue, Kalibo, Aklan. It is the first store which is now known as BB Estancia where the Bread & Butter started its success stories on baking and selling experience way back in 1985. Able to live for three decades overcoming challenges on its business operations is a milestone for Bread & Butter Estancia to celebrate because not all can stay longer like it does.
Last August 18, 2017, Bread & Butter Estancia in celebration of its 32nd store Anniversary has launched its new store design. The bolder and brighter store was shown off to the customers in a thrilling way of pulling out the red cloth that covers the store frontage with the plunge of balloons and confetti which brought more fun and excitement to the people around the area and even stop the people and vehicles passing by the store.
A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was then held after the store’s unveiling. Mr. Guidon dela Cruz — Managing Director of Bread & Butter and Dr. Cynthia dela Cruz — Board of Director led the ribbon cutting with the presence of Atty. Christine dela Cruz, Hon. Soviet dela Cruz — SP member of Aklan, Ms. Rebie Robelo — General Manager, Bakers Best Marketing Corp. and Ms. Cyndi dela Cruz — Marketing Manager of Bread & Butter.
Ms. Cyndi dela Cruz on her message shared her childhood selling and baking experience because at the back of BB Estancia is where the first commissary of Bread & Butter was built. With amusement she talked about her funny memories of packing a polvoron because without her knowing the polvoron the she all packed were fixed and packed again by the personnel at her back. She also extend her gratitude to the Bread & Butter employees for the team work in bringing up the new Bread & Butter store to the people and also thanked the loyal customers of Bread & Butter Estancia for the 32 years of patronage to its products. Ms. Dela Cruz, after her message raised the bell ringing to signal that the store is officially open.
Customers have availed the free Biscocho, limited edition Bread & Butter baon bag, selecta ice cream and Gatorade as promo during the celebration. Snack and drinks were offered to the guests and customers. Since that Bread & Butter is a bakeshop known for its siopao and biscocho products that are deliciously best for meryenda and pasalubong, A siopao and biscocho eating contest was organized and participated by the students who present during the celebration. The student’s loud cheers have made the contest enjoyable to everyone.
